The test laboratory of PM loading in vehicle catalytic converters was build up under the care of National Environmental Protection Department and throughout joint efforts of CATARC and SwARC.
Installed with international advanced sample preparation and analysis equipment, the laboratory incorporates three test rooms---pretreatment, melting and ICP analysis.
With the great supports from relational research institutions and catalyst suppliers, the analysis method was laid down, tested and verified, which got widespread approval.
The building-up of the laboratory will play an active role in standardizing the market of vehicle catalytic converters.
